On the 29 June 2022 our founder Laura was invited back to
her old school, Chelmer Valley High School for their Careers
Fair to talk about her journey and the careers available to
young people within the construction industry. We met pupils
from years 9, 10 and 11.

It was a thoroughly rewarding morning speaking to so many
young enthusiastic people and raising awareness amongst girls
which will increase diversity and inclusion.

It was great to see others from the world of construction
like Taylor Wimpey plc and Anderson share our values and
want to create a higher standard of meaning in our next
empowered generation.
