On the 9th of November 2022 our founder Laura was invited to attend a STEM Event at Clacton Coastal Academy. Laura talked about her journey into the industry and the careers available to young people within the construction industry.

A thoroughly rewarding day speaking to so many young enthusiastic people and raising awareness amongst girls which will increase diversity and inclusion.

We also sign posted the girls to The Girls’ Network where young girls can obtain access to a mentor in many different sectors including construction.

Dania will continue to engage with young people wherever the opportunity presents itself.

Together we are transforming the core and the face of construction.
