Facilities Maintenance Contracts

Description of Works:

We are engaged with Millane Contract Services Ltd carrying out a range of small works ranging from concrete repair, small groundworks and civils, pothole repair, asphalt surfacing, traffic management systems, RC concrete slabs and foundations, hard and soft landscaping, and drainage works. Individual projects completed range in value from less than £1,000.00 to £75,000.

We continue to deliver small works on call off on an ad hoc basis and are currently tendering for projects ranging in value up to £200,000.
